US size 8 has a 43.5" body length and a 33.75" sleeve length. Body length and sleeve length are taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes 0.25" between sizes.
Notch lapels. Lamb-suede undercollar. Buttoned throat latch at the left collar. Three-button silhouette.
